This software is designed so that only registered customers can log-in
and see homes for sale. Customers do NOT see the serial number,
address, or bank selling the home, requiring them to call you if they
are interested in a home.

This software is available with many options and customizations,
including (but not limited to) special customizations and exclusivity
within a certain area. Please call for pricing specific to your

Do I need a computer guru to install and maintain this software?

No. The software is installed on computers maintained by a web
hosting company. Operation of the software is easy - done
completely within a web browser - and technical support is available to
answer your questions.

Can the software automatically email customers when I enter a home
that matches their preferences?

Yes, if the customer indicates that they would like to receive such
updates.

Do I need high speed Internet?
A.
No. The software is located on Internet servers that have
redundant, high-speed connections to the Internet. While the site
operates more quickly when you access it using a high speed connection,
it works just fine on dial-up.
